Description
To support the Manager/ Assistant Manager/Supervisor in leading the Customer Facing Store Team in providing an amazing Customer Experience in store.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be able to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Supervisor
Drive Productivity e.g. conversion rates, sales, Customer Data Capture.
Develop –sales team through training and product knowledge
Bring to life The Original Penguin Shop Core Values – Protect, Explore & Inspire
Support in terms of cashing up the tills, be able to follow the banking procedures and all other administrational duties
Be able to lock up the store at night and take responsibility to ensure everything is secure before leaving the store
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week (Must be flexible)
