Working within our Kids Around Outlet store in Livingston Designer Outlet, you will be part of our store team, working to deliver premium customer service with a personal touch, within a premium, designer fashion label setting.

Details of the role:

  • Part Time Sales Advisor
  • 20hrs per week
  • 3/4 days over 7 including weekends

Salary negotiable depending on experience. Monthly and seasonal bonus also applicable.

A history of working with designer labels is preferred as well as proven experience with high end customer service essential.

The successful individual will be supporting the running of our Kids Around Outlet store in Livingston Designer Outlet. They will be working with brands such as Boss, Hugo, DKNY, Timberland, Kenzo Marc Jacobs and Karl Lagerfeld.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cash handling
  • Ensuring the store delivers premium customer service
  • Cash Handling
  • Key Holder responsibility
  • Driving sales to target
  • Understanding, analysis and development of store KPI’s
  • Store merchandising including changeover of seasons and promotions
  • Managing stockloss through service
  • Maintaining high standards of good housekeeping
  • Receipt of deliveries

All suitable candidates must be confident with work within a small team, show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, self-motivated and able to work to a high level while managing time efficiently.
