…actively assists with the smooth running of the store, your outstanding sales skills will drive you to exceed any targets set. Providing excellent, on brand customer service is at the forefront of this role so taking pride in everything you do is essential.

Your story so far…

You will have strong, proven English and Mathematical skills and at least 1 years’ Supervisory experience working within fashion retail.

Key characteristics for success…

  • A natural communicator who can work effectively with the store manager or Senior Manager when required.
  • Strong proven mentoring skills, able to effectively supervise and manage team members
  • Excellent organisational skills to ensure store admin and stock management remain accurate.

The role…

Reporting to the Store Manager or Senior Manager:

Sales and Service Generation:-

  • Set and monitor store targets daily with Manager.
  • Always maintain adequate sales floor supervision ensuring excellent customer service & appropriate security
  • Commercially driven to react to sales opportunities and achieve all KPI & sales targets
  • Ensure company cash handling and loss prevention procedures are adhered to
  • Develop strong customer relationships and loyalty

Staff Management:-

  • Development of sales team ensuring all company procedures are adhered to.
  • Support Managers with Company training programmes to include effective use of ‘customer service toolkit’, selling skills, product knowledge etc where necessary
  • Supervise and motivate team to meet goals, supporting short and long term team incentives
  • Assist with all related store administration

Visual Merchandising/Store Standards:-

  • Ensure store presentation & standards meet company requirements
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the store
  • Ensure visual merchandising in line with VM manual & set weekly guidelines to include daily Floor Walk Checklist with team
  • Monitor compliance of company dress code
  • Apply critical observation and give recommendation for VM improvement


  • Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all store paperwork
  • Facilitate accurate deliveries including identification of any discrepancies etc
  • Assist Managers with company stock take
  • Accurate and efficient ongoing stock management
  • Effectively oversee customer queries/complaints relating to any exchanges, credits, or refunds
  • Maintain all store safety standards relating to health & safety
