Mood’s vision is to bring people together by reducing isolation, improving people’s lives and their mental health and wellbeing.
They do this by providing a programme of social prescription activities to help adults who suffer from a low mental wellbeing, mental health illness or isolation with skills and knowledge for them to reinvest in their mental wellbeing journey.
Rock Trust is Scotland’s youth-specific homelessness charity.
Their aim is to end youth homelessness in Scotland by ensuring that every young person has access to expert youth specific services to assist them to avoid, survive and move on from homelessness. They advise, educate and support young people to enable them to build the personal skills and resources required to make a positive and healthy transition to adulthood.
SAMH is campaigning for a kinder, fairer society which provides better support for people with mental health problems.
1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem each year and every day in Scotland, two people die by suicide which is why it is so important that SAMH is able to provide help, information and support to individuals, families, colleagues and friends who are experiencing mental health problems.
