Supervisor – Osprey London

Job Description:

Confident in greeting and developing a rapport with customers, you must be able to provide first class customer service, work towards personal sales and KPI targets as well as store targets. You will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, good communication skills and numeracy, be confident in dealing with deliveries and have effective stock room management skills.

You will be expected to process sales efficiently, including dealing with customers personal details in accordance with company guidelines and data protection regulations.

You will be expected to maintain store standards including cleaning and tidying, stock rotation and filling up stock where necessary.

This is a keyholder role and as such the successful applicant will be responsible for opening and closing the store on occasion, as well as cashing up and completing end of day paperwork and reports.

Experience;

Experience in a customer facing retail role is essential, preferably with keyholder or supervisory experience. You must be confident to be able to run the store in the absence of the management team when necessary.

You must be fully flexible. The position will be working various hours, across 5 out of 7 days on occasion.

Initially a zero hours contract, it is expected that this role with be around 16 hours a week, with the potential for more.

Zero hour contract initially, expected hours to be around 16hrs a week.
