The sales assistant will be responsible for increasing sales by maximising every customer opportunity. To consistently offer the very best personal service to each customer and to increase customer loyalty through world class service.

- Uses active listening skills to understand the customer’s needs to assist with their purchases using specialist product knowledge.
- All service points, fitting rooms and tills must attain highest levels of customer interaction.
- Capture customer data in order to future proof the business.
- Behaves in a way that reflects and upholds the company’s core values.
- Reflects the brand image through their personal style by wearing Tog clothing in an appropriate way and maintaining high standards of personal grooming.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as may be required (i.e. working delivery).
Salary – £10.85 – £12.71
