You can purchase gift cards online or onsite at our Guest Services or Self Service kiosk located at our Multi Story Car Park lifts.
No, you don’t have to spend the full amount at once! Our gift cards carry a balance, so you can use them across multiple shopping trips.
You can check your gift card balance by scanning the QR code on the back of the card or in the Giftify app.

Yes, all gift cards will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift cards can hold a maximum of £500. However, special cases or corporate inquiries can be authorised with prior arrangement.
All stores accept our Gift Card (some may require the card to be made digital in the Giftify app)
