When you book a group visit to our Designer Outlet, our Meet and Greet service will greet your coach on arrival. Our customer service advisor will board your coach, hand out Welcome Packs to all passengers, and offer a special 10% privilege card along with details of the latest offers in the centre, allowing your group to enjoy even more savings while shopping.

Coach drivers will also receive their own Welcome Pack, including the £10 gift card if there are 35 or more passengers on board.
