The Fragrance Shop are on the lookout for a passionate, ambitious and experienced Store Manager to join our company!
- Lead and motivate the store team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI’s.
- Prepare and issue store rotas.
- Maintain standards of discipline, including staff training.
- Ensure high standard customer service and product knowledge is always demonstrated.
Previous managerial experience is essential.
This is a full time, 40 hours per week, permanent position.
