Livingston Designer Outlet makes it the ideal place to explore with family or friends, to hunt out those special items, uncover some amazing bargains or to take a few moments and relax in our cafés and restaurants.

You’ll find cash machines next to Guest Services, and using these machines is completely free of charge.

We have three sets of facilities available: two on the ground floor (one by Adidas and another near Guest Services) and one on the first floor, located to the right of Vue Cinema.

Baby-changing and family-friendly amenities are available at our public restrooms. Additionally, bottle and food warming services can be found in the Food Quarter.

Book your group visit to our Designer Outlet for extra savings on your shopping! Contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll send you a group pack.

Make your shopping experience easier with our free Hands Free Shopping service, available seven days a week*. You can shop, leave your bags, and have them collected or delivered to your car. This service is perfect for anyone looking for a more convenient shopping experience, especially when making larger or heavier purchases.

*Please note, Hands Free Shopping will NOT be available on the following dates: 18th and 21st April, 5th and 26th May, 25th August, 28th/29th/30th November, 1st December and 26th to 31st December.
