Livingston Designer Outlet has two car parks, offering 1,775 parking spaces including disabled, parent and child spaces and EV charging.
Electronic Vehicle Charging Points
There are 8 Electronic Vehicle Charging Points available. Please visit /chargeyourcar.org.uk to check their availability and location.
Multi Story Car Park
There are 1,500 spaces in the Multi Story Car park.
The entrance to the Multi Story Car Park can be found on Almondvale North. This is a pay on foot car park.
The tariff for this car park is 50p per hour. Please keep your ticket with you and pay at a pay station (located in the outlet) before returning to your vehicle.
This car park closes 1 hour after the Outlet stores close.
Surface Car Park
The Surface Car Park can be found to the front of the Outlet, on Almondvale Avenue, with 275 spaces.
This car park can be used by blue badge holders and has dedicated parent and child parking spaces.
Coach and taxi drop offs can also use this car park as well as those parking for the cinema.
This is a pay and display car park, tickets can be purchased at the machine using coin or card payment, or by using the Flowbird app (details here) and should be displayed in your vehicle.
Free parking is available from 6pm to 8am daily on the Surface Car Park, however please note charges apply outside these times. See the signage on the car park for tariffs.
EV Charging
The outlet has eight electronic vehicle charging points, two located on the Surface Car Park and six in the Multi Story Car Park.

From 1st March 2023 charges will apply for the use of the Outlet’s EV charging points, please note that car parking charges will also apply.
Tariffs are as follows:
Multi Storey Car Park (7kWh charger ) – £0.16 per kWh.
Surface Car Park (22kWh charger) – £0.30 per kWh
Additional Charges/Fees
Minimum charge £1.00 per session. No return within 2 hours.
Overstay charge after 4 hours – £10.00
Electrical Vehicle Charging Instructions Of Use:
Use your ChargePlace Scotland RFID card. If you do not have a ChargePlace Scotland RFID card to enable you to charge your vehicle, go to the ChargePlace Scotland www.chargeplacescotland.org and click on the WebPay link then follow the instructions.
Auto Valet

The Auto Valet team are located on the multi storey car park (open Tuesday to Sunday), no booking needed simply turn up and discover their range of valeting services.
Our car parks are managed by ABM Facilities Services UK Limited. They take complaints seriously as they help us to improve areas of our products and services and to resolve any issues relating to the consistency and quality of our business operations.
